Marko Kotur, born in 1984 in Arandjelovac, is an expert in civil engineering. He has been a member of the top management teams in capital construction projects in Serbia and Montenegro, worth in total in excess of 1.100.000.000 euros. Currently he is QA/QC Director in Chinese company CRBC and Partner in Serbian company HSE Group.
Marko studied civil engineering at University of Belgrade, construction management at Union University, and structural engineering at University of Novi Sad where he obtained a M.Sc. degree. During studies he was Vice President of the Students` Union and the team member of project “Easy Travel Card”. He is the specialist for renewable energy resources certified by Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
He started his professional carrier as a trainee in Austrian company Porr Bau. At the age of 27 he became the head of QA/QC department of consortium “Sava Bridge” at capital project Ada Bridge in Belgrade. He continued his carrier as the Project QC Manager at Lot 2 Project after which he joined the management team in Chinese company CRBC at capital project Zemun-Borca Bridge in Belgrade. After successful completion of the project he continued carrier as QA/QC Director at Bar-Boljare highway in Montenegro. At the same time he became a Partner in Serbian company HSE Group (health and safety at work and environmental protection).
Marko is the member of the Parliament of Institute for Standardization of Serbia (ISS); Expert-associate of Knowledge Committee of Serbia (KCS); member of British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (BSCC); Executive Manager for Civil Engineering of e-Development Association; member of Union of Engineers and Technicians of Serbia (UETS).
