Aleksandar Krtinic, born in 1974, is a financial expert with 15 years of experience in the Banking Industry and Financial Markets. He was educated at the United Nations International High School, New York and graduated from the Bryant University, Smithfield, Rhode Island, USA.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Global Power Montenegro, and Finance Director of the Atlas Group conglomerate with HQ in Montenegro and Serbia. He is responsible for structuring and implementation of financial management strategies and proper application of all financial processes and systems in support of Group’s business objectives. He also manages development of renewable energy projects and ventures for Atlas Group through its daughter company Global Power Montenegro. He was also member of the Board of directors of Citadel Asset Management Investment Funds Management Company and Financial and Commodity Accounts Director in Cyprus-based Global Communications Associates Ltd. Sasa is also an expert on procedures for EU funding programs (IPA, CARDS, FP7 etc.) and grants schemes and has helped numerous local authorities, government agencies, NGOs and private enterprises.
He also managed legal and operational set-up process of the first voluntary pension fund management company in Serbia, a ground-breaking operatiuon. He is married with two children.
