Vildana Bijedić

Vildana is university lecturer, keynote speaker, and consultant, who delivers targeted strategy and performance improvement solutions to entrepreneurs and non-profits globally. Shortly upon completing high school in Munich, driven by her enthusiasm to make a positive impact on society, Vildana began her career at the UN in her home country Bosnia & Herzegovina. Furthermore, she broadened her skill set as a Business Consultant with Accenture,  here she was part of a team of experts supporting clients across Germany and the USA. Her multilingual abilities give her a significant edge when it comes to
managing diverse, multicultural teams and interacting effectively with stakeholders globally. Enthusiastic about educating others, Vildana has spoken about global citizenship at the UN World Merit 360 and women‘s empowerment and leadership at the Roland Berger Foundation. Vildana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University, an MSc. from the Dept. of Management at the London School of Economics (LSE) as well as a Master in International Labor Studies from the University of Milan. Complementing her multidimensional experience is her involvement in charitable and social justice causes, including education and the environment. In keeping with her global outlook, she is fluent in several languages including German.
