Sara Mitrovic, born in 1996, in Leskovac, Serbia, is currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management and Information System Management with a minor in Finance at the Duquesne University. USA. Achievements include: Dean’s List, Director’s Circle Honor Roll, Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll, Lifetime Member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, Member of Association for Information Systems, and Vice President of Society of Modern Language Scholars.
In 2016, she was named a captain of Duquesne Women’s Tennis Team playing in the highly competitive Atlantic 10 Conference. In 2017, Sara started working at Acri Realty Corporation in Pittsburgh, Penn and together with their IT team completed a major project on developing & auditing more than 70 websites to ensure their compliance with the new upcoming Google safety standards.
Since 2013, Sara volunteered in various organizations in Serbia and America, including Ecology Funds in South of Serbia, Nursing Home in Belgrade, Western Pennsylvania Conservancy (WPC) in Pittsburgh, Shelter for Homeless-Wood Street Commons in Pittsburgh, and TreeVitalize. Also since 2014, she assisted in planning and organizing all ACEing Autism events.
Through the years of schooling in America, she developed advanced level skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Visio, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), WordPress, and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
Fluent in Serbian, English, Russian, and proficient in Spanish and French. In 2008, Sara obtained Delf Diplomas (A1, A2, and B1) as the youngest student in the history of the school. In addition, in 2016 & 2017, she became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and obtained Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (SSYBC).
