Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki awarded the Serbian Ambassador to Tunisia, HE Milica Cubrilo, with the Order of the Republic of the First Degree, at the end of her tenure and her departure back home.
The Order of the Republic is one of the highest Tunisian awards set up by the first President of Tunisia, Habib Bourgiba.
The Order is awarded to Tunisians and foreigners alike for contributing to Tunisia’s development and strengthening of its institutions, as well as the boosting its foreign relations and its prestige abroad.
